No, all our programs run online only! However, we do highly encourage our clients to send videos of themselves training so we can assist them in perfecting their form.

Yes! There is an 8-week minimum for our training/nutrition-only services and a 12-week minimum for our premium coaching services. We believe this is the minimum time required to create long-lasting habits and see long-term results.
