  • I wasn’t always confident in the gym, in fact, I used to be the girl who was too anxious to walk in alone. I was underweight, unsure, and overwhelmed, so I reached out to a PT for support. Those early sessions helped build my confidence, and that’s when everything changed.

    Over time, I started learning more, worked with online coaches, and began helping others around me. Eventually, I realised this was what I wanted to do.. help women like me feel strong, capable, and supported.

    Now, as a qualified coach, I focus on creating a hands-on experience where my clients feel guided, encouraged, and part of something real. I've built a genuine community through group chats and monthly local meet-ups, because progress feels better when you're not doing it alone.

    I am a huge advocate for girls supporting girls and strongly believe that as women we should be working with each other, not against.

  • In 2012, I had a traumatic accident that left me having to learn to walk again. I spent years in rehabilitation working on myself. Years of building strength and confidence back up, since then, I've been competing in bodybuilding shows for 6 years and living the best life, working on health and fitness.

    I've been in the fitness industry for 12 years now and love every part of it. I was a group fitness instructor at the age of 16 and a Personal trainer at the age of 18. I have owned supplement stores for over 6 years now and also manufacture my own brand of sports supplements. I love everything about trying to create a better lifestyle, not just for myself but for others.

    Everything I have done, from my personal fitness goals to owning supplement stores to now fitness coaching, has all been with one goal in mind: to create better lives for my clients. And ever since I've worked in the industry, I've done just that. 100s of clients' lives changed, inspired and taught, and for that I am grateful for the work I do.
